OUR FOUNDER

Starting in his family business, Brad Andersen has been in the trade industry for over 20+ years. Currently, in the mechanical insulation industry, Brad specializes in helping young trade workers gain the skills, training, and confidence they need to excel in their fields.

Having seen firsthand the results of both positive and negative styles of personnel management, Brad set out to train young leaders to get the best out of their crew through his in-person training programs. Brad has since transitioned to online leadership programs to work toward his ultimate goal of improving the trade force and encouraging more young leaders to pursue these highly respected careers.
